Ryan's Ride
Ryan's Ride is a scholarship program in memory of Ryan Hewett. The program combines Ryan's compassion for others and his love of cars to offer scholarships for Carroll County youth to get their driver's license.
Thank you for applying for the Ryan's Ride Scholarship. Our committee will review applications and make their decision based on answers to the questions below.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 15 and 9 months of age at time of application

Have access to a vehicle for Driving Hours and Road Test

Have parent permission to take Driver's Education (under 18)

Have a Birth Certificate and Social Security Card; as well as, all documentation required by the MVA

Have the ability to complete Driver's Education and Driving Test within one year.

Answer all questions in the application

Applications due by October 22nd, Awards will be announced November 1st.
