Discover You
Discover You aims to foster resilience through the development of healthy attachments, self-regulation, and social skills for young children. For children, this program focuses on building positive relationships and self-esteem while learning to express feelings, set goals and grow academically.
Volunteers Ages 16+
Volunteers at Discover You facilitate individual and group mentoring with youth ages 5-11. Specific duties include:
Assist youth in setting goals and creating a plan of achievement
Promote healthy and positive choices
Support enhancement of academic skills by assisting to complete school work assignments
Participate in group mentoring, actives, Restorative Circles, and Restorative Conferencing

Rise Up Community Center
Rise Up is a youth-driven program providing a space to discover strengths and abilities, and to explore opportunities for success through community engagement, active participation, and positive development.
Volunteers Ages 18+
Volunteers at Rise Up facilitate individual and group mentoring with youth ages 12-18. Specific duties include:
Assist youth or peers in setting goals and creating a plan of achievement
Promote healthy and positive choices
Support development of employability skills, enhancement of academic skills, group participation, and community engagement
Accompany youth or peers to various independent community activities such as job shadowing, interviews, training, counseling, etc.
Participate in Restorative Circles and Restorative Conferencing

Donation Drive
Host a supply drive through your peer group, club, or business. Create a virtual event or place a donation box in your storefront. Donations are used in the community center for Own It families and programs.
