New! Wraparound Family Services

Wraparound Family Services is an innovative program created in partnership with Carroll County Local Management Board and several family service organizations.

This program is designed to meet the complex needs of children and families.

Our Family Systems Navigator will identify strengths and barriers to resources for each family. Together, they a develop family-centered plan to obtain support from the necessary organizations. Wraparound services directly addresses a family's concerns with responsive care before it becomes a crisis.

Navigators provide a pathway to resilient families through collaboration and accountability. Empowered families reduce the strain on local crisis intervention programs. Wraparound services connects family, community, and healing.
