Nelda Caballero, System's Navigator

Our team is eager to welcome the newest full-time employee at Own It --
Nelda Caballero.
As System Navigator, Nelda is the point of contact for families using Wraparound Family Services. She will build connections with organizations and agencies in Carroll County to ensure families are fully supported.
Nelda was born in Columbia but spent her childhood between Indianapolis and Costa Rica.
She celebrates 29 ongoing years of marriage, 2 daughters, and 1 grandchild. Living in Carroll County for the last 18 years, both children attended Carroll County Public Schools. Nelda previously worked for CCPS as a Spanish interpreter. She used her passion for helping people to give community to the families she met.
Nelda also enjoys adventure. She's been skydiving and white water rafting with hopes to learn Italian in the future. Nelda also partakes in bird watching.
We are more than excited to bring Nelda's community building experience to Own It families. She makes a great addition to our staff.
Wraparound Family Services will launch sometime in February. Exact date is to be announced.
